How the secure online membership form works:
 skip instructions and advance to the form

  1. After you have chosen one of the four membership types, choose an area of interest and answer if this is a renewal of a previous membership.
  2. Click the "PayPal - Add to Cart" button
  3. You will advance to the payment form.

    Note:
       Click the "Sign up for a free PayPal account" button.
       It is shipping information only !
       You will not be required to sign up for a PayPal account !
     

  4. After successfully making your payment, you will be returned to a "success" page and will receive verification at the email address you have specified.
