Finance & Governance

DHCA is a 501(c)4 membership organization with a volunteer board of directors, 9 committees, and 12 district chairs that work together to support and advocate for Historic Druid Hills.

our finances

The money we raise, through membership dues or events like the Historic Druid Hills Home & Garden Tour, goes straight back into the neighborhood. We spend the vast majority of our revenue each year funding projects or supporting organizations right here in Druid Hills.

We host an annual Meeting of DHCA Members each spring, where our members vote on new board position members, make modifications to our bylaws, etc. This meeting is only open to current year members of DHCA.
